I’m 26 weeks now and I just spent a few days in Paris while I still can travel comfortably. It was also about time I bought some stuff for Sophie so I got her baby beddings, towels and other accessories from Jacadi. It’s amazing how much baby stuff they have in France compared to Switzerland.

I won’t bore you with prego details this time around and will just post some of my pictures from Paris!

As the sun didn’t completely set until really late at night, I wasn’t able to see the Eiffel Tower lit. Anyhow, here’s a wonderful view of Paris from the rooftop terrace of Printemps department store.

At last, it was finally nice to see the Notre Dame cathedral all cleaned up and without scaffolding!

The Palais Garnier Opera House … too bad they didn’t have any performances while we were there. Oh well, next time!

At Place de la Concorde you can marvel at the grandeur of the fountains and the main monuments in the 1st, 7th and 8th arrondissements.

I’ve actually never been inside La Madeleine church. Maybe I should enter next time I’m in Paris.

My favorite bookstore in Paris — Shakespeare & Co. in the Latin Quarter. It’s so quaint and I enjoy browsing at their collection of used and new books.

I love, love Place Vendôme! It’s a pity they don’t have any sidewalk cafés as it would be so much fun to people watch. Well, at least there are some fab boutiques!

We saw several weddings around town and I still don’t know what to think of this bride’s wedding dress … mmm, a sexy corseted cupcake Dita Von Teese aka Amy Adams whatever …
Until my next post … take care!

Let’s see some of the baby stuff!!
Wow! I love travel pics! You look so cute in the pic with your white tunic!
This bride is bleh…Not my cup of cake…
I love Printemps dept store!!!♥♥♥♥♥
It’s so funny, this morning hubby was telling me about Paris (he was stuck there for 3 months) and how he was spending his days drinking coffee, eating baguettes and smoking Gauloises. I think he misses it and it’s his way to hint me for our next trip…LOL
Hi Carrie! I got a play mat, towels, bumpers/beddings, winter sleeping sacks and a diaper mat with covers from Jacadi.
